Hello!

I’m Helen and welcome to Helen Goring Line Dance. 

My passion for line dancing began more than 20 years ago, when I was persuaded to attend a class to keep someone else company. Sound familiar?!
I got the line dance bug and have never  looked back.

I’ve been teaching for 18 years and what I love most about line dancing is that it’s for everyone, no matter what your age or ability and you don't need a partner. An hour on the dancefloor won't magically solve all your problems, but it will put a smile on your face. Remember, line dancing is good for the soul!

I teach modern line dance of all levels, from absolute beginner through to improver and intermediate. My playlists include golden oldies through to the current floor fillers, to all music styles including dance, pop and (of course) country.

I teach in a warm and friendly style, with a big dash of humour, to ensure classes are relaxed and fun. I truly consider my classes to be my dance family, and my goal is for my dancers to love line dancing just as much as I do! 

At our club, we host regular line dance parties featuring live music from some of the best performers on the circuit and our dance floor is a safe, welcoming space for dancers of all levels, as well as non members.

This is modern line dancing, rooted in authenticity!
